A decadent dish that’s perfect for brunch with company.
1 (1 lb) loaf brioche, challah or other egg bread, cubed and thick crusts removed (about 8-10 cups - stale or day-old bread recommended)
1 cup semisweet or bittersweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup toasted pecans, optional
4 cups Dunkin' Donuts® Vanilla Creamer
2 tsp vanilla extract
4 Tbsp butter, melted
Powdered sugar, for serving, optional
Preheat oven to 350°F. If bread is fresh, place cubes on a baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes. Spray a 13x9 pan or 2-quart casserole with cooking spray and arrange 2/3 of bread cubes in pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and pecans. Top with remaining bread.
Whisk together Creamer, eggs and vanilla until well combined. Pour over bread, cover and let sit for 30 minutes until liquid has absorbed. This step can be done in advance and refrigerated overnight. To bake, preheat oven to 350°F, drizzle pudding with melted butter and bake for 40 minutes until set in center. Dust with powdered sugar before serving. Serves 8-12.
