A decadently flavor-filled take on a breakfast favorite!
1 cup Dunkin' Donuts® Extra Extra Creamer
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
6 ¾-inch-thick slices day-old challah, brioche, French bread or Texas toast
Maple syrup and fresh fruit, for serving
Powdered sugar, for serving, optional
Spray a griddle or skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat. Whisk together eggs, Creamer, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Dip bread into mixture until saturated but not falling apart and place on heated skillet. Cook, turning once, until golden brown on each side, about 2-3 minutes per side. Serve with maple syrup, fruit and powdered sugar, if desired. Makes 3-6 servings.
